The Narberth 4th of July Committee is a group of volunteers who run a series of fun events for the residents of Narberth and the surrounding areas. Our signature event is the 4th of July celebration but we are “more than just fireworks”. Our volunteers also conduct a number of Narberth’s favorite annual events.
All of our funding is from residents and attendees at events, so please give what you can the next time you see one of our volunteers with a donation bucket. Your contributions will help bring fun into the lives of kids and their families in and around Narberth. Some of the organizations that we donate to include the Narberth Food Bank, Boys and Girls Basketball, Narberth Playground equipment, and Scouts to name a few!
Fall is right around the corner and preparations are already being made for this years HALLOWEEN PARADE! Join us on Thursday October 30, 2014 beginning at St. Margaret's parking lot as you get to show off your cute, scary, funny, and crazy costumes! We can't wait to see them! More information to follow!
A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Independence Day in our big little town of Narberth! We can't thank you enough for all of the support we have received! An even BIGGER thank you to ALL of our AMAZING volunteers who came out to help us make this day successful. Whether you were helping to run a booth, collecting, or helping us set up and break down, we COULD NOT put this event on without all of you! And finally, thank you so very very much to our volunteer firefighters and EMT's who helped keep everyone safe throughout the day.
As a committee of volunteers, we are always looking for extra help! If you are interested in volunteering for any events for the 4th of July Committee, you can join us at any 4th of July Committee meeting. We meet every third Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm at the Narberth Borough Hall.
