Narberth Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks
Our signature event has become the biggest Fourth of July celebration and fireworks display on the Main Line. It is easily the biggest event in Narberth each year, and is eagerly anticipated by local adults and children alike.
From 10am to 2pm, the park becomes a carnival of fun family activities, with food, parades, races, contests, carnival games, a dunking booth and much more. At night is an amazing fireworks display, worthy of any town, that attracts thousands of our neighbors from our communities in and around the Main Line. After careful planning and adjusting by the 4th of July Committee to have a crowd free fireworks display on the 4th of July, on Tuesday June 16th Mayor Andrea Deutsch made the decision to cancel the fireworks due to possible gatherings outside the park creating a public health risk. At this point in time, there are no plans to postpone or do fireworks at a later date as the future is too uncertain and to put on an event like this takes months of planning. Thank you as always for your continued support over the past 78 years. We wish everyone a safe and healthy Independence Day! |
